Membership Application

Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership, your organization must be:

  • A duly registered Society in the Province of British Columbia.

  • Officially affiliated with the Canadian-Filipino community.

Step-by-Step Application Process

  1. Submit the Application: Complete the form through this official Application Portal and upload the required BC Society registration documents.

  2. Secretariat Review: The UFCABC Secretariat will review your submitted documents for compliance.

  3. Board Presentation: Your organization will be scheduled to make a formal presentation at the next available Board of Directors meeting. You should be ready to share your vision and mission and answer any questions from the board.

  4. Sponsorship & Approval: A current Board member must act as your sponsor and introduce a motion for your admission. If no objections are raised by the board, the motion passes and your organization is accepted.

Membership Dues & Cycle

If your application is approved, the financial details are as follows:

Annual Fee: $25.00

Official Due Date: July 1st of each year

Initial Payment Policy: Regardless of the month you join, your first payment only covers membership until June 30th of that current cycle.

Renewal: Regular annual dues must be paid on July 1st to kick off the new membership year.
